The most powerful ally that you will have in your search for the reason for your overeating will be your food journal. This is where you will write the details of your eating habits and feelings and emotions around eating each day.

You can download your Journal from here for free: 

When you sign up for your Journal, you will recieve it in an email together with a short instructions for use.

Alernatively you can just send me an email at hello@ritamayblog.com to request the journal and I will send it to you for free.

Once you completed the Journal, you need to send it back to me and you will recieve my observations and recommendations in 2 – 9 days.
