Ingredients
1cupoats
2scoopsvegan protein powder
2tspground flaxseeds
1tspbaking powder
1tspbaking soda
2cupswater or plant milk
Instructions
Switch on the waffle maker. Spray with a little bit of coconut oil if it's necessary.
Put the oats, protein powder, flax seed, baking powder, and baking soda into a food processor and pulse it a few times.
Add the water or milk and mix it until smooth.
Cook the waffles in the waffle maker, about 8-10 minutes per waffles.
Notes
You can serve them with berries (frozen is fine too), peanut butter, maple syrup or chocolate sauce. For the chocolate sauce mix cacao powder, maple syrup/stevia and water/coconut oil.Enjoy!
