Vegan protein French toast
This sweet, dairy and free French toast served with berries and maple syrup can be a perfect breakfast on Valentine's day.

- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 4 slices of bread wholemeal, low carb, gluten free, etc.
- 1 cup raspberries or other berries frozen is good too
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Blend the milk and tofu and soak the bread slices in this mixture.
Cook them in the coconut oil for about 5-8 minutes at low temperature.
Sere it with the raspberries and maple syrup.
