Acai smoothie bowl for breakfast

Here I show you a mega-yummy breakfast bowl that contains the superfood acai berry, which has record amount of antioxidants (twice as much as blueberries) in it. To make this acai smoothie bowl even healthier, I added other ingredients that are rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. It is a really energizing breakfast that will make you glow ;-)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp acai berry powder
  • 2 handful spinach
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients with a blender or hand held mixer and pour the smoothie into a breakfast bowl. Decorate the top of it with seeds and dried fruits. In this case I used walnuts, coconut chips, goji berries and chopped dried figs.
