Here I show you a mega-yummy breakfast bowl that contains the superfood acai berry, which has record amount of antioxidants (twice as much as blueberries) in it. To make this acai smoothie bowl even healthier, I added other ingredients that are rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. It is a really energizing breakfast that will make you glow ;-)

Ingredients
1banana
1cup frozen berries
1tbsp acai berry powder
2handful spinach
2tbsp walnuts
ΒΌcup water
1tbspground flaxseed
Instructions
Blend the ingredients with a blender or hand held mixer and pour the smoothie into a breakfast bowl. Decorate the top of it with seeds and dried fruits. In this case I used walnuts, coconut chips, goji berries and chopped dried figs.
