We will co-create a personalized meal plan for you after analyzing your current eating habits and food preferences.

You will get a detailed questionnaire to fill in. You will also need to write down and take a photo of everything you eat for one week. I don’t need Instagram worthy photos 🙂 However, it’s important to see what, when and how much you eat. No judgement here, don’t worry 🙂

If you have special requests, for example gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, clean eating, quick meals, etc. we will certainly incorporate that into your menu too.

At the end of each week we will talk about how you feel and we will take that into account in your meal plan for the following weeks.

In addition, I can show you quick, easy and delicious recipes and recommend you herbs, spices and supplements that support you in your effort to reach your goal.

I’m also aware of the fact that a meal plan may not be enough for everyone.

So many of us know exactly what they should eat to be healthy and slim but they always self-sabotage their efforts for some reason. They eat healthily for a few days or weeks, but then life happens and they give up before they reach their goal.

Or they reach their goal but then they return to their bad habits and gain all the weight back, they suffer from digestion problems, they have low energy or acne again. They don’t know why they are doing this over and over again and they would like to finally stop this frustrating cycle.

In this case we extend the silver plan with a support plan. 

As changing negative habits is not easy at all, I’ll show you some mindset tricks that will help you convince your brain that your goal is available and feasible for you. If your subconscious mind is not in alignment with your goals, no matter how hard we work together, it will always sabotage your efforts.

Additionally, you will receive brain science-based tips and tricks that will equip you with such inner motivation that you won’t need to rely on your willpower.

We will also work on reducing stress, because when we are stressed we usually crave junk food. Stress and worry is also one of the main reasons for many illnesses. You can literally worry yourself sick. I will show you effective stress relief techniques and will equip you with the necessary tools and tricks for situations when you feel overwhelmed by negative emotions.

A weekly 45 minute consultation is included in the Silver and Gold plan but I can also provide 10 minutes daily motivational, accountability partner services to you in my Platinum Plan.

We can design personalized plans too, for example silver plan plus daily 10 minutes motivational accountability service.

Maybe you don’t need a meal plan, only the mental and accountability support.
