90-minute 1 : 1 Intensive and bonuses

Imagine a life without overeating.

Imagine eating normally again without having to react to every negative situation with binging.

Without turning to ice cream when someone hurts or rejects you.

Without binging in the evening after a gruelling day at work.

Without inhaling a bar of chocolate after your kids made you furious.

Without supressing your uncomfortable feelings with food.

As a side effect you would even lose weight because you stopped eating food that your body didn’t need.

Now imagine having someone who you could talk about your struggles with.

Who understands you and helps you uncover the main reason for your overeating habit during a 90-minute 1:1 Intensive call and would give you powerful tools to overcome this frustrating habit.

No matter how many times you tried to stop self-soothing yourself with food, you always self-sabotaged yourself.

This led to disappointment and you became frustrated and felt like a failure.

This is a vicious cycle because feeling like a failure makes you feel bad and you have the habit of suppressing your bad feelings by eating. That’s the only way you can make yourself feel better.  Temporarily.

Food is on your mind 24/7 and you constantly battle with your cravings.

You sabotage your attempts to improve yourselves and you have no idea why you keep doing this, you might even feel like something is wrong with you.

You keep thinking: Why am I acting like my own enemy?

Let’s look at these scenarios:

  • Maybe you have a deadline, and you need to finish something quickly. You feel stressed and you have the urge to eat something crunchy. You eat a bag of chips or a packet of cookies or whatever quick snack you can find.

Do you feel better? Maybe you temporarily feel a bit calmer.

Do you have more energy to work?

No,  and if you do this repeatedly, by the time you reach your deadline, you even gain a few kilos (pounds).

  • Someone offers you your favourite cake, cookie, doughnut, whatever.  You can’t resist it and you eat it. This would be fine, no problem, you can eat joy food from time to time.

But instead, you feel like you ruined your diet so why not continue and eat more of the foods that you usually don’t allow yourself, like pizza, ice cream, etc. Then you feel guilty or disappointed that you didn’t have the willpower to resist the temptation. You suppress these bad feelings with more eating again.

  • You cooked something nice for dinner and your children just whine, they don’t eat it and make a big fuss about it. The most annoying part is that they loved the same thing two weeks ago, that’s why you made it again.

You get stressed, and angry and to calm down you eat way too much. Is it better now? Maybe you feel a bit calmer, but your tummy hurts, the children still didn’t eat anything and you feel disappointed with yourself that you overate again.

Does any of these scenarios sound familiar?

I know what it´s like to feel out of control and powerless around food. It´s like a monster taking over you and you just can´t stop eating and snacking.

I used to binge eat during my 20s because of stupid restrictive diets and not feeling good enough.

I used to eat to relieve stress during my 30s while balancing demanding work, looking after small children and attending to all the other responsibilities.

In my 40s I finally managed to figure out how to stop emotional eating and habitual overeating.

I’m 49 now, and have a very peacful relationship with food. I eat whatever I want to and keep the weight off even during menopause.

I want the same for you so I’ve created something you will love.

You get a chance to talk with me for 90 minutes. During this session, we will uncover the main, true reasons for your overeating habit and I will provide you powerful tools to overcome habitual overeating/binging & emotional eating.

This is the lowest-price opportunity for you to work with me 1 on 1.

I know you want to eat and feel normal again so badly but until you treat the real emotion causing your overeating you will always fall back.

You may think that you already know the reason for your overeating and it cannot be solved. But a fresh pair of eyes and ears can interpret your situation differently and the bonus tools will give you a strategy to eliminate this bad habit for good.

I´m going to ask you powerful questions to make you recognise the main reasons for your self-sabotaging behaviour.

Eating is an easy way to not feel or zone out for a while, and to escape from an emotionally uncomfortable feeling (stress, anxiety, boredom, fear of failure or success, loneliness, lack of control, low self-esteem…).

You learned to use food to anaesthetise yourself accidentally through trial and error or from someone else (family member, friend, someone you look up to).

This was the best coping mechanism you could come up with at that point in your life. You accidentally created an overeating habit.

But you can unlearn this behaviour.

We’ll uncover the main reason for your overeating habit and I will provide you powerful tools to reprogram your mind and implement new habits.

You will be pleasantly surprised that weight loss (if needed) will be the by-product of becoming a person who isn’t so compulsive and impulsive around food.
