WHO AM I?
I’m a certified Nutrition and Diet Advisor, Integrative Health Coach and Life Coach and I specialise in emotional-, stress-related, and habitual overeating.
My method is based on the science of nutrition, eating psychology, habit building, and a bit of spirituality.
With my method, you will eliminate emotional-, stress-, or habitual overeating with just a little time invested per week so you can focus on your work, business and family.
You will be able to cope with your intense emotions without food.
You will enjoy your favourite foods without feeling guilty.
You will stop hating your body and being constantly critical and harsh with yourself.
