I´m a Nutrition and Diet Advisor and Health Coach.

I specialize in helping busy and driven professionals, entrepreneurs and hard working parents break free from their food issues, such as overeating, emotional eating, binge eating, food obsession, yo-yo dieting and body image issues, and develop a healthy relationship with food.

If you already have a healthy relationship with food but have extra weight, I can help you lose it developing the above issues.

Diets make you obsessed with food, think about foood 24/7 and binge on your forbidden foods. That´s not going to happen if you work with me. 

In my opinion, there is no One-Diet-Fits-All. We will choose a way of eating that you like because that’s the one you will be able to sustain in the long term. 

We will also uncover any hidden mindset issues that keep you stuck.
