13 Motivational YouTube Channels You Need In Your Life

20 simple habits to lose weight without dieting

Pursuing an important change or goal takes strength and a high degree of motivation.

It takes motivation to begin the process, and motivation to stay with it. Often a big part of that motivation comes from the support, encouragement, and guidance of people who believe in us and want to see us successful like a coach, mentor, spouse, friend, boss, or teacher.

These support systems are integral to our success because motivation can be hard to sustain over time. And for that reason, a helping hand can be just what someone needs to continue on.

This helping hand can also come from a motivational YouTube channel or an inspirational podcast. Some of these are so educational and contain so much useful information that watching/listening to them feels like having an online coach or mentor for free.

Here I show you my favorite motivational YouTube channels that can give you a big boost of motivation when you need it. Of course, there are many more brilliant motivational YouTube channels out there but these are the ones that I know and regularly watch.

The 10 best inspirational feel good podcasts you need in your life

I love podcasts! Especially the inspirational feel good podcasts! I used to be a huge YouTube fan but about half a year ago discovered the podcast world and I’ve got hooked.

I used to watch, well mainly listen to, YouTube videos while cooking, cleaning and folding the laundry to make these boring tasks a bit more interesting. But it wasn’t very effective. I had to look at the screen from time to time, so things went a bit slower than they would’ve without this distraction. As I don’t have much time, I had to figure out something because I absolutely hate cleaning. Need some entertainment to make it somehow more bearable. I don’t mind folding the laundry and cooking but they can get boring too. Used to love cooking, trying new recipes and getting creative in the kitchen. But since I have two picky eaters in the house, cooking became pretty boring. Just making the same meals over and over and over again. (Of course, I experiment a bit, introducing new foods, but usually with not much success).

I also like learning new stuff and these minutes or hours during household chores could potentially be used for that too. First I started to listen to audiobooks. It was good but I prefer reading. Going back to a sentence I liked, thinking about it, highlighting it, getting involved. With audiobooks, it is really difficult to go back and find again what I liked.
